Welcome to the Being Podcast. Today's podcast is a Monday Meditation. Monday Meditations will be a second release weekly on Mondays and will feature different focus areas than the Thursday Scripture meditation.
Today we'll be trying to "capture our thoughts". 2 Corinthians 10:5 calls us to take every thought captive, so this week we'll try doing that with a Monday Meditation. We'll focus on allowing yourself to think, to process, to not chase away your thoughts, but notice them, and then refuse them.
